Process & Control Systems

We have extensive experience in process and control system design and installations, spanning over 30 years. Our business founder spent his apprenticeship working for British Aerospace based in Filton where a passion for this type of work evolved. Work including machine shops, hangers and the airfield itself, which was home to the installation and maintenance of multiple process and control systems.

As the business has grown over the past decades, we now work closely with our business partners to design and produce motor control centres, control panels and PLC automations systems.

We design and build the systems before factory testing, ensuring they meet our expected high standard, all before they arrive on-site. Our experienced teams complete the electrical installation including all containment systems, wiring, final connections and commissioning of the system process.

Process and control systems have many uses, but we specialise in oil storage & distribution systems. This can range from the tanker loading systems to tank level gauging systems and import & export lines to and from the storage tanks.

Our experience is this sector is easily transferred to other industries such as water & sewage and waste to energy systems which share many of the same characteristics and requirements.
